Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection, maintenance, and management of buses

• Light maintenance (e.g., transmissions, clutches)

• Bodywork painting (e.g., overhauls)

• Seasonal tire changes (summer/winter)

• Bus delivery (for holders of a large vehicle license)

• General operations at the maintenance floor

• Inspection and maintenance of trucks and cars

• Car/truck delivery and pick-up duties

• Other work incidental to maintenance such as repair in case of breakdowns or malfunctions

 

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Precision Machinery, Construction Machinery, Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Maintenance, or any other related stream of engineering. Preference for candidates from an automotive background.

• Age Limit: 20 - 30 years

 

Employment Benefits

• Monthly: 200,000 yen - 314,500 yen (depending on experience, with deductions for social insurances/taxes as per Japanese laws)
